Each year our sixth graders participate in an exciting event – our Science Fair. For many school children, this is one of the great highlights of Quentin Blake School life. The Science Fair offers school children the opportunity to explore science and nature outside the classroom. By choosing their own scientific topic to study, they not only get to know the scientific method better, but can also stimulate their curiosity. Presenting their findings to the entire school community not only fills the presenting students with pride and a sense of accomplishment, but also fosters a love of science in the school children who view the presentations.

Today, on June 10th, 2022, our Science Fair took place. The children in the 5th and 6th grades presented chemical and physical experiments at individual stands. All school children had the chance to watch these experiments. It was a great day with a lot of amazement and laughter in bright summer weather! Many thanks to Mrs. Tausendfreund and Ms. Grant for making this event happen!
